Samantha Merrifield, RDT, RDH, BS

Owner/Lead Ceramist/Implant Specialist

Samantha has had a long and varied career in dentistry, starting as a chair-side assistant while still in high school. She is the only person in the area that holds both a dental technician license and a dental hygiene license. Over the years, Samantha has made training a priority – becoming proficient in various occlusal philosophies in dentistry such as Pankey, Spear, Dawson, Kois and LVI, just to name a few. She is an alumna of the Medical University of South Carolina, and has been published in peer-reviewed journals. She guest lectures at colleges throughout the southeastern United States, and is a frequent presenter to dental study clubs on a variety of topics. She also instructs at the ADS Learning Center, which focuses on training CAD/CAM dental assistants and CPR.  She is currently an accreditation candidate with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.  Samantha’s hobbies include playing ice hockey, wildlife rescue and sea kayaking.

Joshua Morris

CAD/CAM Specialist and Ortho Technician

Josh is a current student at the University of South Carolina, where he is studying political science.  Josh is originally from South Carolina, and currently lives in West Columbia with his dog Rocket. When he’s not working, Josh enjoys sports, gaming and cooking and keeping his thermostat set somewhere below freezing.

Andrew Tisdale

Ceramist

Andrew is originally from Lexington SC. He is currently working on his RDT certification and his AACD accreditation.  He is also an instructor at the ADS Learning Center, focusing on aesthetics for CAD/CAM dental assistants.  In his spare time, Andrew enjoys gaming and taking his girlfriend’s kids to soccer practice.

Justin Richards

Our favorite Veteran Justin has returned to us after taking a sabbatical to attend welding school.  Justin lives in Columbia with his pack of dogs (and girlfriend), and enjoys LARPing, gaming and learning new things.
